Do you find yourself saying yes when you’d like to say no? Do you wish that you could have more honest and trusting relationships? Would you like to learn how to hear criticism without becoming defensive? Would you like to become a better listener? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, Compassionate Communication will give you the skills to help you communicate in the way you’d like more often. Join Katy Elliott for this fun and interactive workshop that will give you a chance to learn and practice these skills with your real-life situations. Follow-up practice groups are encouraged and offered. This workshop is based on the Nonviolent Communication Skills taught by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg.
