Carol is a Certified Life Coach and Registered Nurse. She has a private coaching practice and teaches classes and workshops as well as working with small businesses to enhance their empathy skills. Carol utilizes the Compassionate Communication model along with other tools to support people to gain clarity about their feelings and needs and to create a more balanced and vibrant life.
Life coaching is an action oriented process that focuses on being in the present and taking action (both inner and outer) to move ahead with transparency and purpose. Katy Elliott, MA, MFT A therapist for over 17 years, including 10 years with St. Charles Medical Center, Katy practices at the heart of a vibrant healing arts community in Central Oregon. Katy has also taught part time at Central Oregon Community College. Katy now teaches Compassionate Communication skills in group workshops, both on-site (in-service) and at Three Rivers Center. Allan has a wide variety of for-profit and non-profit development and management experience and has worked worldwide with a broad range of clients. He’s authored two well-received books - one about leadership (Management by
Inspiration) and the other about dealing with personal crises (Perfect Misfortune). As counselor, educator and workshop leader he’s helped business owners, substance abusers, the homeless, married couples and students.
Allan lives in Central Oregon with his wife Nancy. They ski, camp, hike and play with their two dogs, Ariel the Yorkie and Crickett the Lhasa Apso.

She enjoys individual and group teaching and coaching, facilitating practice and study groups and presenting Compassionate Communication skills to businesses and other organizations.
